About
A place to rest in the heart of Serbia
Quiet, nature, comfortable rooms and a Wellness & Spa come together for the moments when you want to slow down.
Make time for yourself.
Vila Pozitiv.
Why Vila Pozitiv?
Vila Pozitiv began with a simple idea: to offer guests more than a place to sleep. We wanted to create a house where comfort, calm and the natural surroundings complement each other — and where it is genuinely possible to step out of your everyday rhythm.
Its small size gives the villa a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere, whether you come as a couple, with your family or simply want a few quiet days for yourself. The rooms are designed around practicality, light and comfort, and private terraces open onto the greenery around the house.

The Wellness & Spa is at the heart of the Vila Pozitiv experience. An indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, hydromassage features and a relaxation area let guests unwind without the bustle of a large, busy spa.
For us, Pozitiv is more than a name. It stands for the idea that space, quiet and time with the people you love can change the way we feel — and make everyday life a little brighter.
“You arrive as our guests — and we hope you leave already planning to come back.”

A house on three levels
The foyer and reception welcome you at the entrance, next to the café-restaurant and the children's playroom. Guest rooms are spread across the ground, first and second floors, connected by a comfortable staircase.
The Wellness & Spa is on the ground floor. The enclosed courtyard, with its lawn and flowers, flows visually into the park that surrounds the villa.

The destination
Sisevac
Sisevac is a quiet retreat in central Serbia, in the municipality of Paraćin. It lies in a valley of the Kučaj mountains on the Crnica river, surrounded by woodland, meadows and water.
For guests of Vila Pozitiv, Sisevac is a chance to combine a restful stay with walks, nature and an introduction to the heritage of this part of Serbia.
The Crnica river
The source of the Crnica and its green banks give Sisevac its character — a place for an easy walk and a pause by the water.
Sisojevac Monastery
Built in the second half of the 14th century beside the source of the Crnica, it is first mentioned in 1398 in a charter of Princess Milica.
Ravanica and Manasija
The wider area is home to Ravanica, founded by Prince Lazar, and Manasija, founded by Despot Stefan Lazarević.
