When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we process the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred dates, number of guests, accommodation type and your message.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic statistics, such as pages visited, referral sources, device types and browsers. This service does not use cookies and does not track visitors across different websites.

The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's policies. The map on the Things to Do page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your browser's IP address when doing so.

We use the details in your enquiry only to reply and, at your request, to prepare an offer for your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

We use aggregated traffic statistics to understand how visitors use the site and improve its content.

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to reply and arrange a possible stay, and for no longer than one year after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Messages from the site are delivered by a trusted email service provider that processes the data only on our behalf.

Traffic statistics are processed by Vercel through its Web Analytics service.
